Two-color Hanamaki

To steamed pumpkin, stir evenly with chopsticks and add self-raising powder while hot.

Make two portions and mix the white ones with warm water and wait for fermentation.

Fermentation is complete.

Roll up the two-color buns and cut them for later use.

Chop the two ends with chopsticks in the middle and pinch them together.

I forgot to take the pinched picture, and then put it in a pot and steamed for 15 minutes.

The smell is still very fragrant! The ugly is ugly, anyway, they are all made together with that steamed bun.
