Two-color Hanamaki

Pumpkin is steamed, pressed into puree, flour and yeast powder are mixed and knead to form a dough, waiting for fermentation, the dragon fruit juice is added with yeast powder and flour and the dough is proofed.

After proofing, roll into long strips, cut into small pieces, and roll into round pieces, as shown in the figure.
