Two-color Krill Pie

Prepare the main material.

After the krill meat is thawed, break it up and set aside.

Add 1 pinch of salt and half a spoon of cooking wine, stir well, and marinate for 5 minutes.

Add other seasonings: half a spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon of light soy sauce, 1 pinch of white pepper, and stir well.

Tips:
Starch must be added, and other powders are not tender when added.
The steaming time depends on the size of the shrimp mass.
