Mix the black rice noodles and white noodles in a ratio of 1:2.

After putting white flour, eggs, salt, milk, and yeast into the bread machine and forming dough, add vegetable oil and continue to knead until the film is formed. Then take it out and let it ferment in a warm place.

The dough is fermented until it is full of honeycomb.

The black rice dough is also fermented until it is full of honeycomb.

Then vent the two types of dough and knead them. Divide each type of dough into thirds. Divide each portion of white noodles into three equal parts and rub them into long strips. Roll each portion of black rice noodles into long strips.

Tips:
After the meal bag is colored, pay attention to cover with tin foil to avoid burning. I was patronizing for other things at the time, and the lid was too late, but the color of the roast was a bit old. I still like toasted and tender.
