Two-color Steamed Buns with Green Sauce

Divide the flour into two portions, add green juice powder to one portion, add appropriate amount of warm water and sugar to both portions, soak the yeast in warm water, add the flour, add water in turn, knead the dough, and ferment for about 1 hour

Divide the green sauce dough into equal pieces of small dough, and divide the white dough into small pieces, and roll them into dough

Tips:
1. If you like sweet, you can add more sugar when making noodles. If you like brown sugar, you can also add brown sugar.
2. The warm water for making noodles should be 35-40 degrees Celsius. The dough can also be fermented in warm water and the fermentation time will be shorter.
