Two-color Toast
1.
Prepare all the ingredients.
2.
Put other ingredients except butter and cocoa powder into the cook machine.
3.
After kneading for 10 minutes, add softened butter.
4.
Continue to knead for 10 minutes until the dough is complete, at which time the dough can be pulled out of the film.
5.
The kneaded dough is divided into two with a scraper.
6.
Cocoa powder and a small amount of milk are mixed and knead with one of the doughs to form a coffee-colored dough. Put the two doughs into a basin, cover with plastic wrap, and place in a warm place for the first fermentation.
7.
When the dough is twice as large as it is fermented, use your index finger to dip a small amount of high flour, and poke a small hole in the dough. If the hole does not shrink or collapse, it means the first fermentation is over.
8.
Since two kinds of texture toast are made, there are differences in the division of the dough. The first kind of texture requires 2 black dough and 2 white dough; the second texture requires 3 black dough and 3 white dough. Take black dough as an example: first divide the fermented black dough into two.
9.
Divide one part into two and the other part into three.
10.
After the dough is vented separately, it is rounded and covered with plastic wrap to relax for 15 minutes.
11.
Take a portion of the dough and roll it into an oval shape.
12.
After turning it over, roll it horizontally. Roll all the dough in turn.
13.
The first pattern arranges the dough in black, white, black and white colors, and the second pattern places the dough in two layers, with the bottom layer in black, white and black, and the upper layer in white, black and white.
14.
Cover the mold with plastic wrap and put it into the fermentation tank for the second fermentation.
15.
After the second serving, cover the toast cover and put it in the oven.
16.
Lower the oven, 180 degrees, up and down, about 35 minutes.
17.
Demould immediately after baking, let cool and slice. The mold itself does not stick, and it comes out as soon as it is reversed, which is particularly easy to demold.
18.
The appearance of the two toasts cut separately.
Tips:
1. The toast in this article is 320g/piece, and the UN15003 mold is used. Since the mold itself is a golden non-stick coating, there is no need to apply oil and dust for anti-sticking treatment before use.
2. The formula in this article can be used for 2 servings of this mold, that is, 2 320g toasts.
3. I made 2 different patterns, and I can also adjust the patterns according to my preference.
4. Cocoa powder can also be replaced with matcha powder, purple potato powder, and made into other colors of two-color, three-color, four-color, or even multi-color other toast.
