Two-color Tofu

A box of male tofu and blood tofu.

Cut a notch in each of the 4 corners of the bottom of the tofu, then gently lift the box and tap the bottom to separate the tofu from the box.

Cut 4 notches at the bottom of the tofu box so that the tofu can be completely separated from the box.

Cut the tofu into small pieces, add salt and blanch.

After the tofu is blanched, use a small colander to gently remove the tofu.

On high fire, put oil in the pot and stir-fry with tempeh, hot sauce, oily, dark soy sauce and sugar.

Add a small amount of water and stir to fully dissolve the various seasonings.

Add two-color tofu over medium-to-low heat, and gently shake the pot.

Cover and simmer for 2, 3 minutes.

Add water starch to thicken the tofu, gently push the tofu with a spatula, and take it out of the pot.

Tips:
Tofu is tender and easy to break, so you should try to turn the pot as little as possible during the process. Even if you want to turn the pot, use a spatula to gently push or directly shake the pot.
