Two-sided Steamed Buns

Weigh the corn flour and wheat flour and put them in a small pot.

Add 15 grams of yeast.

Put in 300 ml of water and make a smooth dough and let it grow for 2 hours.

Put the prepared dough on the chopping board, put in alkali and knead it evenly.

Knead into strips, then cut into small pieces with a knife.

Put the cut dough into the steamer for 10 minutes, then steam it in large water for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, then take it out and serve.
Tips:
1. Do not add water at one time. The water absorption of flour varies from place to place.
2. The steaming time depends on the size of the individual steamed buns, generally about 50 grams of steamed buns are steamed for about 20 minutes.
