Stir-fried shrimp in the typhoon shelter, the taste is really unforgettable. I definitely want to try this typhoon shelter shrimp. First, fry the minced garlic to get the fragrance, then mix it with bread crumbs, stir fry with the shrimps, full of garlic smell, it will definitely make you stop. Can't speak.

Typhoon Shrimp

1. Wash the shrimps, pick out the sand thread, drain the water, add egg white, black pepper and salt and marinate for 20 minutes.

2. Cut dried red pepper into minced pepper and garlic into minced garlic;

3. Heat up the pot and pour a little corn oil. Joyoung non-stick wok has a particularly good non-stick effect, as long as a little corn oil is enough, it is also healthy;

4. Pour in the shrimps and stir fry until the color changes, serve and set aside;

5. Pour rapeseed oil in the pot again, add minced garlic, pepper and dry red pepper and stir fry to create a fragrance;

6. Pour in bread crumbs and a little sugar and stir-fry until golden brown. I used my own bread crumbs;

7. Add the freshly-fried shrimps, stir-fry evenly, and then serve.

Tips:

You must use a good non-stick pan to achieve less oil and no smoke.
