Typhoon Shrimp

Preparation of all materials;

Tips:
1. Put a head of garlic, so the smell of garlic is very strong. If you don't like the smell of garlic, you can add a little bit of minced garlic. It is recommended not to reduce it, because the soul of this dish is minced garlic.
2. The prawns have been fried before and are already cooked. The last step only needs to be stir-fried evenly.
