Udon Noodle

1. Wash fresh small greens and set aside

2. Dried fungus soaked in water and set aside

3. Shred fresh pork belly

4. Udon noodles to be used

5. Put the oil in the pot to heat up, add the chopped green onion and chili and stir fry

6. Add the shredded pork and stir fry for a while

7. Add the fungus, continue to stir-fry the udon noodles, add soy sauce, seasoning, and cumin powder and stir-fry until cooked

8. Add small greens and stir fry for a while

9. Out of the pot

Tips:

Don't put too much oil when frying udon noodles, because udon noodles do not absorb oil, friends who like spicy food can add some chili powder according to personal preference.
