Unsweetened Bowl of Bean Yellow

Soak a bowl of beans until soft and peel them.

Put it in the rice cooker and add water (a little more water than for cooking rice), and press the cooking button.

After cooking, crush it with a spoon.

Put it in a fine colander and strain.

Put it in the pot and add the sugar substitute.

Stir continuously until it thickens.

Put it out and put it in the refrigerator.

After airing thoroughly, take out and cut into pieces.
Tips:
Do not make the bean paste too thick, it will crack when cut too thick.
