Use Yiwu to Teach You to Make Thick and Smooth Black Rice Porridge
1.
Mix the black rice and small sago with water and stir twice, then add 3 times the rice water into the pressure cooker, press on the high heat and turn off the heat
2.
Turn off the heat and simmer for about ten minutes. After the pressure cooker is exhausted, open the lid and stir the porridge to prevent the sago from the bottom of the pot from sticking to the pot. At the same time, add water as appropriate. Cover the lid and continue to press on the air, turn off the heat and simmer
3.
Also simmer for about ten minutes, then open the lid, add a little brown sugar and stir and press again at the end, the porridge will be very sticky, and the sago porridge is especially smooth because of the addition of sago porridge
Tips:
1. Black rice is hard to cook, add sago and cook it in a pressure cooker.
2. Continuous pressing-stewing three times, the rice is rotten but still keeps the shape of rice grains
3. Be careful not to rub hard when washing rice, sago is fragile
4. The same method is suitable for hard-to-cook red rice and purple rice
