Valentine's Lamb Chops

Cut the lamb chops and insert more than 10 holes on each side with a needle

Sprinkle the mixed spices and sweet pepper powder evenly on the lamb chops

Barbecue sauce spread on the lamb chops

Spread evenly, then sprinkle a layer of mixed spices

Put rosemary, thyme and other spices on top of the lamb chops

Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 night

Take it out, wrap the lamb bones in tin foil, preheat the oven at 180 degrees, up and down for 15 minutes; turn at 160 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes
8.
Sprinkle with cumin and enjoy
Tips:
The mutton should be marinated for at least one night. Do not add salt when marinating to prevent the mutton from getting watery and getting old
