Vanilla Flower Roll
1.
I use less flour (if you make it, you can make it in general, it’s hot in summer)
2.
Add sugar to warm water (it is good for making noodles and have a good taste), yeast, baking powder and stir until it melts!
3.
The dough is as soft as the dumpling noodles, and it will be sent for ten minutes (faster in summer)
4.
Knead the good noodles into a smooth dough
5.
Roll the dough into a long row, touch flax oil, sprinkle vanilla powder (home grown), cooked sesame seeds, and sprinkle thin noodles (to prevent oil leakage)
6.
Fold into long strips and cut into strips (pictured)
7.
Give another knife from the middle of the noodles (become smaller, as shown in the picture)
8.
Stack the two noodles, press in the middle with chopsticks, and pull out the chopsticks (pictured)
9.
Make all the noodles one by one, shape it with your hands, and make filial piety again for a while (the summer is hot, just watch Hanamaki grow up)
10.
Wait for the water to boil, steam it in the pot for about 10 minutes (The water is boiled during the process of making the Hanamaki filial piety. When the water is boiled, the Hanamaki will be ready. The time is set according to your own pot)
Tips:
Use lukewarm water. If the water is too hot, the yeast will be burnt to death (just if it feels a little bit warmer, it’s fine 😄 Try to soften the noodles and the Hanamaki will be very soft)
