Vanilla Potato Wedges

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces with a hob. Rinse again with water.

Tips:
Use some oyster sauce if you don’t have barbecue ingredients, or leave it alone. Herbs and salt, or salt and pepper are also delicious.
