Vanilla Souffle

1. Spread butter (sugar other than the ingredients) in the baking bowl

2. Sprinkle with granulated sugar, rotate in a bowl a few times, and shake well (sugar other than the ingredients)

3. Heat the butter to melt in water

4. Take out and sift into low powder

5. Stir well with a whisk

6. Milk and vanilla seeds are heated in water

7. Take out and pour into the butter batter and mix well

8. Add 2 egg yolks

9. Stir evenly into egg yolk batter

10. Add the egg whites to the sugar in batches to beat

11. Until the meringue becomes an upright little tip

12. Take a small part of the meringue and add it to the egg yolk batter, stir evenly

13. Pour back into the remaining meringue and stir evenly

14. Pour separately into the mold

15. Put it in the preheated oven at 185 degrees and bake for 20 minutes

16. Time is up, Soufulei is done

Tips:

You can cover with tin foil when you see the coloring during baking, but don’t stick to it if I cover it too early
