Variety Potatoes-steamed Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs and soak for two hours to remove the blood, and change the water several times in the middle

After soaking, drain and put in a bowl, add ginger slices, a little soy sauce and chicken essence, and marinate for one hour for later use

Wash and soak three potatoes for later use

Put potatoes in a container, add appropriate amount of steamed pork rice noodles and mix well

After the ribs are marinated, remove the ginger slices, and add steamed pork rice noodles and mix well. Also add some water during the mixing process to avoid excessive drying.

Put the mixed ribs in the container

Put it in a pot on high heat and turn to medium and low heat and steam for about an hour and 20 minutes

The steamed ribs are incredibly fragrant, but potatoes are my favorite

If you like chives, you can also add green onions
