Variety Soup
1.
Soak mung beans for more than four hours.
2.
Wash glutinous rice and soak overnight.
3.
Take a pot and spread glutinous rice underneath.
4.
Spread mung beans on top of the rice.
5.
Wash the candied dates and kumquats, and steam them together when steaming the glutinous rice.

Put cold water into the steamer, turn to medium heat and steam for about 20 minutes after the water is boiled.

While it is hot, mix the mung bean and glutinous rice evenly into mung bean glutinous rice, set aside.
8.
Take mint leaves and shred.
9.
Boil rock sugar in a pot to make rock sugar mint water.
10.
Prepare the ingredients.
