Various Flavor Ice Cream Cookies

After the butter has softened, pour in the powdered sugar and mix it slightly

I made 4 flavors at once and weighed the various powders separately

Divide the whipped butter into 4 portions (approximately 110g) into 4 portions of powder, cut or mix into a dough

The kneaded dough is slightly dry

Dig with an ice cream spoon, remove the excess at the bottom, and reshape it slightly

Preheat the oven up and down to 150 degrees, and bake for about 25 minutes. At the end, observe and be careful not to paint, so that the color will not look good.
