Vegan Dishes: Stir-fried Green Beans with Mushrooms

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and red peppers and cut them into small sections diagonally for later use. Place the green beans in a pot of boiling water and cook until they are 8 mature. Pick them up and cut them diagonally.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the minced ginger, and saute until fragrant. Then add shiitake mushrooms, red peppers, and green beans in turn

Stir-fry for a few minutes, add salt, rice-like soy sauce, and consume oil. (No need to put MSG). Cook out after stir-frying.
Tips:
When sautéing shiitake mushrooms, just cover the shiitake mushrooms, and the remaining shiitake sticks can be made into seaweed, shiitake and tomato soup.
