Vegetable and Fruit Soup

Prepare materials.

Carrots are boiled soft, or steamed soft.

Put the boiled carrots, pumpkin puree, and bananas into the blender.

Stir it into a puree and pour it out.

Heat on low heat and pour in the right amount of milk or cream.

Finished, you can set the plate and start eating!

Tips:
1. Pumpkin puree is left over from the last time I made pumpkin pie. It's easy to make it yourself. Steam it and mash it into puree, add cream and butter and simmer to the right consistency.
2. The toast is just made recently. The previous article explains the process.
3. When adding milk, do not add it all at once, add it slowly to control the concentration you like.
4. The sweetness of bananas and red radishes are already sufficient. You can add honey or sugar according to your needs.
