Vegetable Balls for A Meeting
1.
Grate the ginger into the minced meat, mix well and set aside for a while to remove the meat
2.
Cut carrots, yam, and green cabbage leaves into very fine minced pieces for later use. Put an egg, cornstarch, salt, rice wine in this bowl, then beat them clockwise for at least 300 times, and add two more spoons in the middle. Continue to beat the water to make the balls more tender and smooth, then divide the minced meat into two equal parts, one for carrots and one for yam
3.
Use the same method to mix minced yam and minced meat
4.
Bring the water in the pot to medium heat and start to cook the meatballs
5.
After three to five minutes, place the balls on a plate, leave half a bowl of the water just used to cook the balls in the pot, bring to a boil, put the chopped green leaves in, thicken, and drizzle a few drops of sesame oil
6.
Pour the prepared vegetable juice on top of the meatballs on the plate.
