Vegetable Core and Leishan Chicken Soup

Ingredients: Lei bamboo shoots, small vegetarian chicken, vegetable core (cleaned), water starch

Peel the bamboo shoots, cut off the old roots, and clean them.

Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.
