Vegetable Core Dried Salted Duck Egg Xiuzhen Mushroom Soup

Ingredients: Xiuzhen mushrooms (cleaned), dried vegetable cores, cooked salted duck eggs (the yolk and egg whites have been dug out).

Put the washed Xiuzhen mushrooms and dried vegetable cores into a pot of water and boil for 2 minutes.
