For breakfast, I will make a vegetable omelet for Brother Walnut. There are eggs and vegetables, which are rich in nutrition. With a bowl of porridge, breakfast is full of energy.

Ingredients

Vegetable Fritters

1. Prepare the induction cooker and small frying pan first;

2. Cut a small piece of potato and scrape it with a wire scraper;

3. Drain the water and put it in a small bowl, add an egg, salt and pepper and mix well;

4. Cut spinach and carrot into small pieces;
