Vegetable Madchurian

First boil the chopped cauliflower, carrots and green chilies to soften. Generally, just put the vegetables in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes, then put the vegetables in the dough or gauze to filter out the water.

Add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, chopped green onion, and flour and stir well. Here you can make the flour by yourself, as long as the vegetable can be caught into a small ball of viscosity, no need to overdo it.

Roll the vegetable ball on the flour and coat it with flour

Put the vegetable balls in hot oil and fry them until the outside is slightly charred

In a hot pan, add cumin seeds, ginger and garlic and fry for half a minute

Add onions and sauté until browned

Then add chili sauce, black pepper, soy sauce, sugar, chopped green onion, less salt and mix well for 1 minute

Add some lemon juice
