This can be regarded as the closest contact with vegetables. Served with salad dressing and black pepper, the taste is both stimulating and soft and inviting-the two seemingly contradictory flavors combined together are indescribable! If you like, you can mix a few more vegetables into it. The taste of each vegetable is different, so everyone can choose it, or some people will accept it all!

Vegetable Salad

1. Wash all the raw materials, shred the red cabbage, shred the yellow pepper, cut the onion into rings, cut the small carrots into thin slices, wash the lettuce leaves and tear them apart by hand

2. Boil the purple cabbage and onion in boiling water, then remove and drain
