Vegetable Squid Rings

Wash the carrots and cut them into fine pieces.

Wash the celery and cut into the ends.

Cut the potatoes into pieces and steam them in a steamer.

Put potatoes, carrots, celery, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and mash them.

The squid rings are coated with starch.
6.
Put the mashed potatoes in the squid ring and pat flat.
7.
Put it in the beaten egg mixture.
8.
Pour a little olive oil into the pan and fry the squid rings until golden on both sides.
Tips:
1. I bought a ready-made squid ring, you can buy a whole squid and cut it into slices of about 1 cm.
