Vegetable, Tofu, Meat and Bone Soup

Ingredients: meat bones (blanched), old tofu, green vegetables (washed)

Put the old tofu on the chopping board and cut it.

Put the saucepan on the heat, pour oil and heat, add the cut old tofu and fry on both sides until it is slightly golden, set aside.

Afterwards, put the blanched meat and bones into the pressure cooker, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add some water.

Then, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.
