Vegetarian Cauldron

Cut the radish, frozen tofu, mung bean balls, lotus strips, shiitake mushrooms, and yellow cabbage.

Wash the yellow cabbage and separate the white and leaves.

Heat oil in a pot, add green onions and ginger until fragrant.

Pour the radish and stir fry for 3 minutes.

Add yellow cabbage white and shiitake mushrooms and continue to stir fry.

Add yellow cabbage leaves and sauté slightly.
7.
Add frozen tofu, lotus noodles, mung bean balls, vermicelli, and the noodles nest in the middle of the vegetables.
8.
Season with salt and light soy sauce.
9.
Stew until the vegetables are cooked in a large pot.
10.
Out of the pot.
