Vegetarian Chicken with Braised Sauce

Cut the vegetarian chicken into 0.8 cm thick slices, mince the shallots

Heat the pot, add some oil, and shake well

Add thick slices of vegetarian chicken and fry for 1 minute and a half

Turn over and fry for another 1 and a half minutes, and fry until the surface is golden and bubbling

Add barbecue sauce, stir fry evenly, so that each slice of vegetarian chicken is covered with sauce
