Braised Vegetarian Chicken

Cut thicker slices of vegetarian chicken

Fry in a frying pan until golden on both sides and remove

Leave a proper amount of base oil in the pot, stir-fry the shallots (from the beginning), ginger strips, and star anise over medium and low heat until fragrant

Add oyster sauce and fresh soy sauce

Join soy sauce

Dried chili and remaining green onion

Add rock candy

Stir-fry for a while, pour in water and bring to a boil

Put the fried vegetarian chicken in, cover the pot and cook for about 15-20 minutes

Just collect the juice until it is thick, put it on a plate, and enjoy it while it is hot!
Tips:
1. The vegetarian chicken is big or small, I bought a larger one, so one piece is enough;
2. You can add more water to the cooking chicken, because the vegetable will absorb a lot of soup when it is cooking. I started to put in less water, and I continued to add water during the cooking.
