Soak the broccoli in light salt water for a while, wash, break and drain;

Wash tea tree mushrooms and coriander separately;

Remove the stems and seeds of the bell pepper, wash and cut into strips;

Place the wok on the fire and add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil;
