Vegetarian Fried Beans

After the beans are cleaned, fold them into sections by hand.

Put a little less oil, add minced garlic to saute, then add the beans.
3.
When the beans are fried until they look green on the outside, you can add some water and salt to it. Collect the dry water to get out of the pot.
Tips:
Don't use a knife to cut the beans, it won't taste so good!
