Vegetarian Fried Celery

Remove the leaves of celery, wash and cut into sections.

Heat oil in the pan, add celery and stir well.
3.
Add salt and oyster sauce and stir fry evenly.
4.
Stir-fry (the celery becomes soft and the color is emerald green) and turn off the heat.
5.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
Stir-fry the whole process quickly to reduce nutrient loss.
