Vegetarian Fried Cucumber

1. Cut cucumber into pieces with a hob.

2. Green peppers, small onions, garlic.

3. Saute the shallots and garlic.

4. Add cucumbers and stir fry over high heat.

5. Stir-fry until completely discolored, add some salt, sprinkle some water, and continue to fry until the water is dry.

6. Add green peppers and continue to stir fry.

7. After the green peppers are fragrant, add in oyster sauce, stir-fry well and eat well, then turn off the heat and serve.
