Vegetarian Fried Edamame

Peel the edamame and wash it, pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot, stir-fry the edamame in the pot, not too high a medium heat.

Stir-fry for a few minutes, pour half a plate of water, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, and cook until the water is almost dry.

Add a spoonful of chopped chili and quickly stir-fry, stir-fry for five minutes and then turn off the heat.
Tips:
Add salt and chicken essence when cooking the beans for better taste. The water depends on how much beans are added, and it is almost no more than the beans.
