Vegetarian Fried Gardenia

Fresh gardenias, pluck the flower heart, clean up.

If there is no blanching, just rub it and soak in cold water to remove the astringency, squeeze the water and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté fragrant minced garlic and chili.

Stir fry with gardenia, add sweet rice wine.

Add salt and light soy sauce to taste.

Plate.
