Braised Beef

Put grass fruit, dried chili, cloves, bay leaves, fragrant fruit, nutmeg, star anise, gardenia, betel nut slices, angelica root, and long pepper into the spice bag

Put oil in the pan, add appropriate amount of chopped green onion and sauté fragrant, pour in beef cubes, stir fry until the color changes

Add dark soy sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, stir fry and simmer for 30 minutes
