Hot and sour. Very strong, chewy, QQ.

Vegetarian Fried Gluten

1. Tear the gluten into silk, blanch it, slice carrots, cut parsley, and mash peanuts.

2. Stir the minced garlic in hot oil for a fragrance.

3. Stir-fry the carrots and sauerkraut in the pan.

4. Add oil and gluten, stir well, and add appropriate amount of water. Cover the pot and cook for two minutes.

5. Add peanuts, coriander, small red peppers, light soy sauce, salt, and seasoning.

6. Serve out of the pan.

Tips:

If you don't like spicy food, you can omit the little red pepper. Since sauerkraut is a bit salty, taste the taste before serving, and then add salt as appropriate.
