Dad was going out that day, I brought him a dish in the lunch box, because it was too early, it was too dark, so I didn’t take pictures, and because the lotus root was steamed, the color was ugly, so I didn’t get the pictures. After a while, it didn't taste good the first time, probably because the lotus root is too big and it tastes bad, right? The noodles may taste better if they are cooked a little bit smaller.

Ingredients

Vegetarian Fried Lotus Root

1. Peel and diced lotus root

2. Peel and diced carrots

3. Stir-fry carrots first, then stir-fry lotus root

4. Throw in the frozen corn kernels and fry together

5. Add 1 tablespoon of spicy tempeh, if you are afraid of spicy, you can put less

6. Finally, stir-fry the fried peanuts inside to taste, you can add some water appropriately

7. Just pour some soy sauce before it is out of the pot and it's ok

Tips:

The lotus root is smaller and more delicious.
