Vegetarian Fried Lotus Root Slices.

Peel and wash the lotus root.

Cut into thin slices and soak in water for 3 minutes.

Cut the green onion and green onion leaves into fine pieces, and cut the ginger into thin strips.

Heat oil in a wok, add chopped green onion and shredded ginger and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Tips:
When frying the lotus root, the pot will be a little dry, so be sure to add water in batches, adding less each time.
