Vegetarian Fried Mushroom

Cut tomatoes into cubes, shred red peppers, and cut green onions into sections for later use.

Add a small amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, then add the oyster mushrooms and cook. Blanch it with cold water and set aside.

Add oil to the pot, stir-fry the green onion and red pepper, add the oyster mushrooms. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir fry to taste.

Add the tomatoes and remaining green onions, fry until the tomatoes are juicy, add chicken essence and cook.
Tips:
Pleurotus ostreatus needs to be watered before frying, so that the vegetables will not be watery when they are fried, and the taste of oyster mushrooms will be more fresh.
