Like to eat mushrooms, I would like to try something other than stewing. Inspired by Western food, try sautéing mushrooms with butter or olive oil. I found that it tastes good when fried with olive oil and has a delicate fragrance. Recommend to everyone.

Vegetarian Fried Mushrooms

1. Prepare the ingredients and wash the mushrooms.

2. Slice the mushrooms, cut the onion into small pieces, and chop the garlic.

3. Make a hot pot, add oil, put half of the garlic and onion in the pot.

4. Put the mushrooms (when frying the mushrooms, they are relatively dry when they are just fried. Keep frying, and the water will come out after a while.) After the mushrooms are out of water, you can cover them for a while.

5. Add basil when the water is running low, black pepper when the water is running out, season with salt, and stir-fry the other half of the minced garlic. Take out the pan and serve.

Tips:

1. Just pay attention to the fact that the mushrooms are relatively dry at the beginning, you can lightly fire, keep stirring, and the mushrooms will be out of soup after a while.
2. Don't put the condiments too early, or they will be tasteless after a while.
3. Mushrooms can be replaced as you like, but be sure to fry them!
