Vegetarian Fried Mushrooms

Prepare the ingredients and wash the mushrooms.

Slice the mushrooms, cut the onion into small pieces, and chop the garlic.

Make a hot pot, add oil, put half of the garlic and onion in the pot.

Put the mushrooms (when frying the mushrooms, they are relatively dry when they are just fried. Keep frying, and the water will come out after a while.) After the mushrooms are out of water, you can cover them for a while.

Tips:
