Vegetarian Fried Pleurotus Eryngii

Prepare the ingredients and wash them.

Shred eryngii mushrooms.
3.
Shred green peppers, millet red peppers and garlic cloves.
4.
Heat oil in a dry pan, add all the chopped ingredients, stir fry for about three minutes, stir-fry the ingredients until soft, add appropriate amount of salt and stir well.
