Vegetarian Fried Rice Cake

Wash the rice cake slices a little bit.

Boil a pot of water. After the water is boiled, the next piece of rice cake will be soft.

The cooked rice cake slices are quickly cooled with cold water, otherwise they will stick together easily. Let the water dry.

Wash the vegetables, separate the vegetable gang and the leaves, and cut the millet pepper into sections.

Heat the pan, pour in a proper amount of oil, moisten the pan with oil first, and stir-fry the vegetables until they are broken.

Pour in the rice cake slices and stir fry a few times. If you can paste the pot, you can add a little oil or boiling water. I usually add boiling water. I don't like too much oil.

Add vegetable leaves and millet pepper, half a tablespoon of salt and one tablespoon of light soy sauce, stir fry and mix well. Rice cakes are easy to stick to the pot, but it doesn’t matter, the rice cakes are delicious.

Finally install the plate.
Tips:
1. I generally like to boil the nian gao slices first and then fry them, so they are softer and more delicious. It is also possible to stir-fry directly, but it is fuel-consuming and hard, and people with poor gastrointestinal digestion do not recommend this practice.
2. The side dishes are as you like.
3. Rice cakes are easy to stick to the pot, but it does not matter. The fried rice cakes of fried noodles are delicious.
