Vegetarian Fried Seafood Mushroom

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash the seafood mushrooms and tear them into small pieces

3. Wash and shred green and red peppers, peel and mince garlic for later use

4. Put the oil in the pan, add the garlic and saute

5. Add seafood mushrooms

6. Stir fry until the seafood mushrooms become soft
