Vegetarian Fried Seaweed Shreds

Slice ginger, carrot, onion, kelp, mince garlic and set aside.

Add ginger, onion, and garlic in a hot pan until it is fragrant.

Add carrots, seaweed shreds, stir fry, add cooking wine and salt
4.
Add a little water, cover the pot, and simmer for two minutes.
5.
Add some light soy sauce to season it, and it's ready to serve
