The shape of pasta varies according to the type. Use broccoli, tomatoes, and onions to match with bright colors, more beautiful and more nutritious.

Vegetarian Fried Spaghetti

1. Prepare ingredients, pasta, broccoli, tomatoes, onions, tomato sauce.

2. First cook the pasta in water. The pasta is hard to cook. Cook for a longer time. Pour in a little olive oil to prevent stickiness.

3. Cut the tomatoes in crosses, put them in the boiling water for about ten seconds, and remove the skin easily.

4. Slice the tomato and slice the onion.

5. Pick broccoli florets, put water in a pot to boil, add broccoli water, and it will be half cooked.

6. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it up.

7. Saute the green onion, add tomatoes, onions, broccoli, and all the vegetables together and stir fry for two minutes.
